SPADE will soon include quality datasets covering: hundreds of hand-selected enzyme/substrate noncovalent complexes, a maximally diverse set of weakly-bound protein-protein interactions, and a set of protein-protein complexes for which both bound and unbound forms are available.
A maximally diverse set of multimeric proteins from which all immunologic (antibody, MHC, etc.) and enzyme/inhibitor complexes have been removed.
A set of multimeric complexes for which bound and unbound forms have been resolved.

A hand-selected set of enzymes with small-molecule inhibitors bound to form a non-covalent complex.
